APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

To reschedule or cancel appointments, kindly provide 24 hours notice. We reserve staff, equipment, and a dedicated room for your appointment. No-shows or cancellations without 24-hour notice will incur the treatment cost.

POLICY ON LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time, ideally 15 minutes before your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in the treatment’s cancellation and a rescheduled appointment.
