Please give 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel appointments. We have staff, equipment, and a room reserved just for you during your scheduled appointment. Without a 24-hour notice, any no-shows or cancellations will result in the treatment cost being added to your appointment.
We politely ask that you arrive on time, ideally 15 minutes before your appointment time, so that we can prepare you for your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel the treatment and reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy on the Website. When we do, we’ll update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website following any such modifications constitutes your agreement to such changes.
